It's time to vote!
Voting Kits have been mailed. You can vote as soon as you receive your Voting Kit.
Your Voting Kit contains all the information you need to vote, including instructions on how to complete your ballot and return it to the Town. Your Voting Kit may take several days to arrive in the mail. If you have not received yours by October 8, you can visit Town Hall with valid identification and staff will issue one to you.
Mail completed kits by October 15, or drop them off at Town Hall until 8:00 p.m. on October 26. For voting information and key dates, visit: https://www.erin.ca/2026-municipal-election

PUBLIC INFORMATION MEETINGS
Not election-related, but a reminder about a VERY IMPORTANT meeting.
The Town of Erin is hosting two public information meetings on the Village of Erin Wastewater, Water and Road Rehabilitation Project.
The meetings will cover the proposed sanitary sewer connection by-law, which will set requirements for property owners connecting to the municipal wastewater system. The project will also consider watermain and water service improvements, road rehabilitation, and sidewalk and pedestrian improvements where these works can be coordinated with the underground infrastructure.
Two information sessions will be held in the Shamrock Room at Centre 2000 (14 Boland Drive, Erin). Both meetings will cover the same information, so residents only need to attend one session.
First Session: September 28, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The presentation will begin at 6:30 p.m.
Second Session: October 5, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The presentation will begin at 6:30 p.m.

6. Comprehensive Planning - Evolving at the right pace, in the right places.
7. Commerce - Attracting and supporting businesses for a strong local economy.
In past bulletins, I have laid out my priorities, what I have done in my first term to move them forward, and what I plan to do in my next term. These are not campaign promises. This is how I serve the community.

By linking publicly available social channels and media coverage, it gives voters a simple, neutral, and transparent way to learn more about each candidate and make informed choices in the upcoming election.

Thank you to the Erin Chamber of Commerce for hosting this event. Organizing that many people and keeping it on track is a huge challenge.

Voter Turnout
The voter turnout in the Town of Erin in the last election in 2022 was 36%.
We are aiming for 50%+ voter turnout this election.
