What Happened at Committee of Adjustment on Feb 18, 2025

A Minor Variance Application to seek relief from Zoning By-law 07-67 - Section 4.14.1, to permit the operation of a group home for four residents aged 18 and over within an existing single detached dwelling at 15 Spiers Rd. was refused as the application was deemed not minor in nature.

I have had several residents reach out to me for more information regarding the Hillsburgh Pit - 9516 Sideroad 27, as a result of receiving an anonymous notice in their mail. Below are links to the meeting reports and media coverage.
