Community Art Installation
On Sunday, June 8, the Over Here Community Arts Adventure https://www.overhere.ca/ hosted the second annual Arts by the Pond event at the Hillsburgh library. It was an interactive blend of art, music, dance, and flavours.
Attendees were invited to participate in a community art project. These original works of art will be reproduced on weatherproof material and installed on the wood cladding around the Kensington Square property.
You can participate in this community art project during the Canada Day Summerfest Celebration and Hillsburgh Fun Day on August 16.
The goal is to have the first round of banners installed in July.
If you want to offer your artistic talents or would like to sponsor a space, please contact jen@overhere.ca
